Abstract:
This poster displays the nutritional content of 158 foods. Graphs provide information such as amino acid, vitamin, and mineral content, food composition, and calorie, saturated fat, cholesterol and fiber content. Nutrients are compared to the average in all foods on the poster. Comparisons are for equal weights of each food.
